The Heart of REALISE:

A welcoming space to breathe, to find steadiness, and to reconnect with what matters most.

Hello, I'm Kate,

Welcome to Realise Mindfulness where I support seekers, teachers and those searching for solace to overcome stress, anxiety and overwhelm and access the mindful well-being that comes from recognising our own inner wholeness and our interconnectedness with the whole of nature.

Natural Flourishing

I’m Kate Ensor, a mindfulness-based eco-therapist and holistic coach with more than twenty-five years supporting people through life’s shifting seasons and weather patterns.

I work with those navigating transition, stress, anxiety, grief, or the quiet sense that something important has been lost. My approach blends mindfulness, compassion, somatic awareness, and nature connection to help people find steadiness, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves and the wider living world.

I also support teachers and practitioners seeking a supportive supervisory alliance. I offer a reflective space to nurture alignment, clarity, and integrity in work and relationships.

Realising Holistic Well-Being

Healing unfolds through presence, attention, and reconnection. In this way I will support you to feel grounded, vibrant and deeply connected to the whole of life.

My approach is:

• Mindfulness-based: grounded in presence, awareness, and compassion
• Nature-connected: supported by eco therapy, seasonal practices, and animal-assisted sessions
• Holistic and integrative: honouring mind, body, emotions, energy, and spirit
• Gentle and evidence-informed: blending therapeutic coaching with contemporary research

Mindfulness and Compassion Coaching

A presence-centred approach grounded in the intentions, attention, and attitudes at the heart of evidence-based mindfulness practice. This way of working supports clients to meet experience with greater clarity and steadiness, cultivating self-kindness as an inner refuge, while also strengthening compassion in how we meet others and the wider world.

Eco-Therapy and Nature-Assisted Coaching

A gentle, nature-connected approach that deepens presence and restores well-being by nurturing relationship and reconnection with self, others, and the more-than-human world. This way of working weaves through my coaching when supportive, drawing on outdoor, embodied, and imaginal practices — in person or online.

Integrated Coaching

A holistic, presence-centred approach that blends mindfulness, embodiment, and practical coaching tools with gentle, energy-informed practices. This systemic way of working supports the integration of mind, body, emotion, and spirit, helping clients reconnect with purpose, navigate complexity, and cultivate resilient, sustainable and regenerative growth in personal, professional, and ecological spheres.

Mindfulness Supervision and Eco-Coach Mentoring

A reflective, presence-centred approach to mindfulness-based supervision and mentoring that nurtures ethical, embodied, and eco-aware practice. This way of working supports teachers and coaches to deepen insight, connect with their own guidance, and integrate mindfulness, compassion, and nature-informed awareness into their teaching and coaching — in person or online.
